The photos are showing the color tone well and overall this album is in very fine vintage condition with no significant damage, no chips or lifting to the celluloid cover. All is very stable and measures 10 1/2 tall by 8 1/2 inches wide. The scene is framed with raised embossing and flanked both top and bottom with lavender blue violets atop a striped birch-like decoration. The cover is clean, the corners are sound and also embossed. 
The back is covered in Victorian velvet, as shown, with some nap loss on the secure spine and edges but mostly the velvet is very good, no tears. The hardware is in solid working order and just about all of the gold gilt remains to the exterior page edging. 
The interior pages are well decorated in a deep teal and green leafy floral display and many of the pages are without damage, a few have a slot tear and a few have minor loss or a needed mend, nothing naughty, way better than average. Pages are thick and 14 of them will hold 28 of your favorite 4 x 6 photos. Your home will display this Victorian photo album beautifully, you will find it warm and endearing.
