I purchased this wonderful enameled powder compact at auction recently,
it
was offered in a Colibri presentation box which may or may not be original,
made in Italy with figural enameling and gorgeous bold gold tone case,
interior has a perfect hand beveled mirror and original unused sifter,
estimated ca. 1900 and has the characteristics of the Art Nouveau era,
it's

Vivid floral micro petit point ladies powder

1930's hand made creation, 1650 stitches to the square inch,
impeccable detail, stunning roses bordered in black,
clean interior with Schildkraut label, brass tone case,
metal shows very minor aging, good clear mirror,
well cared for, no significant flaws, truly lovely.

signed silver tone case, back covered in black fabric,
interior beveled mirror, cotton applicator and screen,
"unused" condition, mirror a little cloudy, still usable,
