My photos are showing this platter very well, depicting all the character and charm of this style of art work but I think it looks better in person. England created and offered some wonderful semi porcelains and this tray is one of them. The all over glaze crazing, in my opinion, is a benefit to the tray, it is just like I want crazing to look, nice and clean, no staining and not too obvious. I love the depth of color to the artwork, it is quite attractive and will blend perfectly with your other blue and white porcelains, especially your Flow blue. The backside is marked as shown, all bleeding into the porcelain, difficult to make out the word England and it looks like a gentleman on a horse drawn wagon. This beautiful tray measures 11 & 1/2 in length by 9 & 1/4 in width, the outer decorated border is 1 & 1/2 inches. I do think you would be pleased to own and use this tray. The condition is superb, barely a scratch to be found, well kept and preserved, certainly no damage. If you collect blue and white, this tray will past the test, I think it's grand and would make a great gift.
