This exquisite knit creation consists of the most gorgeous cut and faceted glass Czech beads that have a pink lavender tone. It is hand knit on a beige background thread and sparkles beautifully in any lighting. It glows and shimmers with a personality all it's own. The knit swag designs are a popular choice in vintage handbags and this purse comes in a very elusive color, actually, I have never had it before nor seen it. My photos show the true nature of this wonderful handbag but I think you will agree that it is nicer in person. 
The signed, Czecho-Slovakia silver tone frame, is especially lovely with fully embossed curly-cue detailing and superb puffy pierced filigree bands. Even the clasp is a treat, sculpted in a handled basket design. The interior lining was cut away but small pieces remained so I could see the original was a hot pink silk lining. I hand stitched a new lining fashioned after the original, gently gathered it about the frame and added my best lace trimming. This extremely feminine purse measures 7 inches from the top of the clasp to the bottom, the purse skirts out to 8 & 1/2 inches, 5 inches across the frame and the chain handle drops the purse by 6 inches. If you must have a pink lavender vintage knit beaded purse, and I know you do want one, please consider this stunning vintage bag, it will not disappoint you.
