My photos are showing the set reasonably well, but as usual, the color blue was once again a problem to get exact. I would describe it as a true boy baby blue tone, very pretty, the third photo, with the little round blue chatons, may have the best tone, so keep that one in mind when you review the remaining photos. As you can detect, the design is quite feminine, with a delicate sterling silver attached chain, blue baguettes, as well as blue and clear chatons for accents, and take a close look at the filigree workmanship, it is divine and really makes this set special. The filigree is contoured in a cuff form and is highlighted with a sterling bead in the centers.
The earrings are, of course, the match to the necklace. The screw backs are signed, as shown, along with another mark that I cannot make out. This is a light weight and comfortable wearing set, very chic but not too formal. The set appears to be perhaps hand made, under magnification, I can detect slight difference in the designs and applications, primarily to the filigree work. The necklace is 15 inches in length, that includes the central filigree and rhinestone design of 3 inches but the center has an additional charming 1 inch drop pendant. This is a truly adorable demi parure sterling silver filigree and rhinestone necklace and earring set, from the elusive designer Lady Karen. The set is in perfect vintage condition, having little, if any tarnish, certainly no damages or other negatives. Please consider adding this eloquent set to your wardrobe accessories or giving it as an exceptional and considerate gift.
