These vintage porcelain sets are hand painted by Lois Shofner, each piece is artist sign and dated, 1967 or 1968. It is obvious that Lois had some talent and enjoyed her work. The large pink blossoms are expressive and the background shadings are extremely pleasant, the colors really gorgeous. I love the shapes of the plates and the cups, they truly express the 1950 - 1960's era. 
 My photos exhibit the sets well and show you what to expect. The plate rims and cup handles are gilded in gold and it's the old gold not the newer shiny gold. The plates measure 8 in diameter and the cups stand 2 & 1/2 tall. The condition is wonderful, no damages, bright coloring, all intact. I know you will love these sets so please consider adding them to your treasury of hand painted porcelains, they are delightful.
