My photos are quite precise as to what you should expect and the colors are not exaggerated, they are crisp and alive but not too stark at all, this purse is simply stunning and likely will look better in person. I'm showing you lots of photos so you can see how really gorgeous it is with all of the intricate detailing to the scene. The foremost view exhibits a grouping of characters enjoying their visit, sitting around a table, as if they are at an outdoor pub. There is also a substantial amount of architecture and it is all surrounded by a flowing floral outer border. The background colors vary from a subtle ecru to a soft ivory. Both sides of this purse are identical and this handbag has been professionally cleaned, in fact, it is very clean. There is no label inside this purse, not that I have found, the elegant chain handle has the characteristics used on the French purses but the style of the lining was commonly found in the Italian petit point bags.   The gold tone frame, on both sides, has been enhanced with bands of mother-of-pearl shell. It's a lovely addition to this purse and adds that special touch of radiance. The outer perimeter band on this purse is also dressed with a micro petit point floral and the satin lining is of exceptional quality. You'll have plenty of spaces for your accessories, with four pockets to choose from. The lining and the purse is very well attached to the frame and will not be letting go anytime soon. The frame has a nice golden bright tone and the kissing clasp is working as it should but possibly shows a tad bit of fading to the gold tone coloring, certainly nothing distracting and there are a few scratches to the metal on the interior, again, not too significant at all. Stuffed with tissue this purse measures 5½ inches in total height by 8 inches across the bottom, the outer band is ¾ of an inch and the handle drops 6 inches. Everything looks fabulous and intact, glowing and sparkling with life, I detect no problems nor any significant signs of wear or aging. I do expect that you would be very pleased to own this vintage micro petit point scenic purse.
