Superb Large Hand Painted Dresser Vanity Set

<<<< Back to
Vanity Items and Porcelain Dresser Pieces

I'm thrilled to offer you this early 1900's exceptional and diversified porcelain vanity set for accessorizing your dressing table.

Totally hand painted on the finest antique porcelain in soothing colors of soft pink tones with multi green shadings

This set is quite wonderful, expertly hand painted in pink apple blossoms.  The artwork is very fine and will add a touch of excitement to your life.  There are a lot of pieces starting with an unusual elongated pin tray measuring a generous 9 in length by 3¼ in width and it carries the MZ Austrian mark.  The smaller scalloped pin dish measures 5⅜ in length by 3⅜ in width and sports the well recognized RS Germany backstamp.  Both pieces are trimmed in gold gilt at the outer edge.

The perfume bottle is a treat indeed, having a wonderful Art Deco shape and measures 2¾ square by 5¾ in height.  Next comes the tall and elegant talcum shaker from Germany, measuring 6 in height by 3 in width.  The bottom maintains it's original cork stopper with a rather inventive attachment for opening.  Both of these pieces are well defined in gold gilding, adding a richness to the set.

The hair receiver accompanies this set as well as two more vanity boxes, all having a six sided mold form.  They exhibit the Paroutaud Frères white ware mark of Limoges France, which dates this set between 1903 and 1917, as do the other various marks on this set.  The hair receiver has a footed base and measures 4 in diameter by 2¾ inches in width.  The boxes measures 5⅜ by 3⅜ in height and 4¾ by 2¾ in height.  You will find no flaws to this set, no damages and wee if any gold wear.  The artwork is fantastic, very appealing and inviting, I know you will adore owning this set, it's more than charming and of course it looks much nicer in person.
