The backside of the porcelain is marked by the esteemed Limoges Company of Guerin-Pouyat-Elite Ltd., ca. 1901. I'm showing plenty if pictures so you will see that this is a lovely antique hand mirror and you know how hard it is to find portraits. The handle is a heavily embossed silver toned metal, most likely silver plated and the outer perimeter edge has a few small dents as is commonly found with these 100+ year old pieces. 
There may be a few shadows appearing in these pictures but you will find it decorated on a white background with the porcelain being in excellent condition, overall the colors are showing very well. 
Standard size applies to this piece and the beveled mirror shows a clear image along with some small areas of silvering loss as shown. I do have some excellent antique quality new mirrors with a beautiful wide bevel if you would like it replaced but this one still offers years of service as is.
