I'm showing you lots of photos but unfortunately they are just ok. The first photo is the best but the set still looks much nicer in person. Nonetheless, you have a good idea of how really different this vanity set is. The portraits are wearing crowns dotted with gold gilt to represent stones. I imagine this is a queen or princess, wish I knew her name. She has long flowing hair that is a little lighter brown than what is showing. She is wearing a deep purple dress with a center lace insert. Her head is dressed with large lavender flowers and adorned with radiant gold gilt halos. All of the artwork is positioned on a soft green background color and is in very nice condition with just a few light and minor (in my opinion) scratches, primarily in her hair. 
 The signed German Silver frames and handles are gorgeous, very fancy and maintain lots of their gold gilding, showing a little loss where the hand grips the handle, as expected, but mostly they look very nice. The embossed detailing on the metal work is classic Victorian, one of my all time favorite styles. The mirror has a perfectly clear image along with a wide bevel at the outer edge. The natural brush bristles are nice and full, all intact, it is a splendid complimentary accessory. The hand mirror measures 9 in length by 5 in width, the brush is proportionate. The condition of the set is lovely, no damages to the porcelain backs, no significant or apparent wear to the paint, a couple of dents on the rim of the hand mirror but everything is so beautiful, it's hard to notice any small flaws. I believe you will agree, when you see this set, that it is indeed, a fine portrait hand mirror brush set, a true one of a kind.
