The hand painted details show the talent of the artist, exhibiting lovely pink and white apple blossoms ,to the front side, along with several shades of greenery and baby blue highlights. My photos show all the colors well and the gold gilt highlights. One of the hardest accessories to find with these mustard pots are their original little serving spoons, this set is complete and oh so darling. The set is in excellent condition, I find no significant faults, no damages, just a wee little gold wear but nothing naughty at all. The bottom of the pot carries the well recognize, old Nippon Rising Sun mark from the early 1900's. As shown in the last photo, this set measures 2 & 1/2 in height, the pot is 2 & 3/4 in width, the handles span 4 & 1/4 inches and the spoon is 3 inches in length. I know you will be delighted to add this adorable dining accessory to your treasury of antique porcelain, it will grace your next table set-up with appeal.
