It's such a delightful way to serve your guests, using antique porcelain, hand painted in delicate pink roses and soft greenery. My photos are showing the colors and condition of the paint very well, including all the gold gilt trimmings and highlights, of which there is only a little wear here and there, nothing too naughty, the set is well kept for it's age, absolutely no damages, cracks, chips, hairlines, etc.... I truly appreciate that this set maintains it's original serving ladle, not many of these full sets to be found anymore. Two pieces are signed with the old Nippon Rising Sun mark of the early 1900's, as shown. Measurements are: 4 inches in total height, pot is 3 in width by 5 & 1/4 across the under plate and the ladle is 3 inches in length. The hand painted roses will blend with many dinnerware pattern and the condition is lovely. Please consider adding this gracious Nippon jam jar to your favorite serving pieces.
