This is a very interesting three section pill box, marked Made in Italy on the interior.  Top shows three different scenic views on what I think is carved celluloid or similar composition, set onto brass.  Scenes are well detailed with horses, chariot, cherub, etc. and maintain most of the highlighted coloring.  Closure snaps snugly and dual hinges are fine.  Brass has nice patina, interior shows some greenish tarnish, I hate to clean it, I don't want to make this Depression Era or older  pill box look too new.  No damage at all on this box, measures  2 1/4 inches and it is ready for your collection or daily use.
