Policies, Purchasing & Returns,

Privacy: My services
include protecting your identity. Your
contact information and transaction details are completely confidential, no
sharing, no exceptions.
Purchasing:
Place an order or make an inquiry by emailing Carol at
antiquepeek@charter.net or call me,
413-592-4489. Have the item number ready so I can answer your questions.
We will exchange contact and payment info when you
are ready to purchase. Prior to shipping, I closely inspect each
item so I know the condition matches my online item description. If there
is a discrepancy, I will promptly notify you. I will keep you well informed throughout your
purchase and I ask the same of you regarding delays in payment, order changes,
canceled orders, etc.
Items are considered sold when you
tell me you are satisfied with your purchase.
Payments:
In accordance with my
policies, I accept payments in US dollars, payable through a US bank. In
most instances, credit card payments through www.paypal.com
and US Postal money orders allow me to ship within 48 hours. Checks, money orders and bank drafts,
that allow the sender to cancel payment, are held by my bank for clearing. Funds
are commonly held for 7 to 14
business days. Please consider this when choosing your payment method. You will be
notified when your payment is received. If your check is returned for
insufficient funds, a $25.00 fee
will be charged to you.
International Customers:
I ship worldwide, wherever possible. Please be prepared to pay your country's duty
fee or tax. I will be truthful on all custom's forms, shipping labels,
invoices and
merchandise receipts.
Shipping:
Shipments to or in the state of Massachusetts are subject to our 5% sales
tax. I ship weekdays through the US Postal Service. Occasionally, severe weather could cause
a short
delay. You will be notified when your purchase is on it's way. I pack with great care and damage is rare,
however, if it
occurs, you must
retain all the original packaging, contact the Post Office
for instructions and notify me. Only the
buyer can submit an insurance claim and must be in possession of the damaged item. I will assist in my capacity.
Returns & Refunds:
Although my buyers rarely make returns, I do offer a 3 day return privilege.
If for any reason, you choose to make a return, inform me that you will re-wrap each item in all
my packaging and ship your purchase back, insured, within 3 days of
receiving it. If you ignore this policy, I
reserve the right to deny the return upon delivery or charge you a late return
fee, if applicable. Refund of the purchase price is issued when the same item I shipped you arrives
back to me, unaltered and undamaged. Refunds are issued by check or through paypal within a
few days. Refunds are less all shipping fees, no matter who paid them and/or
any costs I've incurred. Exceptions to any policy will be at my discretion.
We Answer Questions About Our Products and Services:
Thank you for your patience when we cannot reply
to your inquiries promptly. Descriptions and
photos are offered to the best of my knowledge and
technical ability. Ask for additional photos and information when needed.
Your satisfaction remains my concern.
