You'll view lots of photos that will express the true nature of the set but I think the second photo is showing the best tones. The hand painted artwork is simplistic yet elegant and well executed. A soft spray of lavender petals are accentuate with leafy greenery. The footed bottle stands 5 & 3/4 tall and bulges to 3 & 1/2 inches wide. The gold accents are rich and generous, adding a touch of quality. The bottle is artist initialed, JT and carried the GDA Limoges mark from the Gerard, Dufraisseix & Abbot factory. The tray measures 10 & 1/2 by nearly 8 in width, is artist signed by J. Toptine and carries a Guerin-Pouyat-Elite LTD. Limoges mark dating the set to the early 1900's. The original gold gilt porcelain stopper is in extra fine condition as is the entire set. All the gold looks really good on the feet and elsewhere, defining this vanity set beautifully. Overall, it's in splendid, well kept condition, I find no significant flaws to mention. This antique Limoges perfume bottle and tray set will enhance any vanity and do justice to your boudoir.
