This delightful bottle is beautifully and artistically hand decorated in sweet rosy pink and white roses, a favorite flower amongst many collectors. The soft green leaves and brown tones add just the right touch, the painter was very thoughtful to sign their work, as shown. This bottle is very well painted and shaded, all about the piece, showing the full talent of the artist. The tapered angular square shape of the porcelain exemplifies the Deco era. The top of the bottle is squared off and generously gold gilded as well as the original porcelain stopper, all fitting as it should. I believe my photos are quite good and show exactly what you should expect to receive. I believe that you will enjoy this vintage perfume bottle for many decades to come. The bottom is marked with the RS Germany back stamp, a well known Erdmann Schlegelmilch mark, of Eastern Germany. This charming bottle stands 5⅜ tall by 2¾ at the widest and tapers down to sit steady on a 2 inch square base. This appealing antique porcelain perfume bottle is in excellent condition, with no significant wear to mention, nor any crack, chip or repair. It's really in very fine condition and will look superb amongst your favorite vanity or dresser accessories. This approx. 85 to 90 year old bottle will add personality to your boudoir or make for a thoughtful gift.
