The deep black glass beads exhibit a wonderful sheen. The pastel tones to the needlework are strong, without fading or losses and decorate the front, back and sides. Colors include multi pinks and blues, amber, soft yellow and pale sage green. The purse is well attached and secure to the frame at all points. 
The gold tone frame is enhanced with a braided row of soft pink, white, black and clear tiny glass beads. The lift to open clasp is equally as lovely with a spiral display of pink, white and black beads. The framing and closure are all in solid working order and overall showing no wear or usage. The brassy toned chain handle drops the purse by 4 & 1/2 inches. 
 The interior black satin lining is clean and fresh, perhaps carried once. The interior pocket still holds it's two-sided make-up mirror. The pocket is printed in gold lettering and confirms that this elegant little bag was indeed hand made in France and was originally presented by Caprice Opera of Paris. I cannot offer any info on this designer or perhaps the name is that of a charming Paris boutique. This delectable beaded treasure, stuffed with tissue, measures 5 in height by 7 inches across the widest. Although this is a smaller evening bag, I seem to be able to stuff quite a bit of tissue into it, it has a generous bottom and side depth of 2 inches. It's a cutie pie, I know you will cherish it and welcome it into your favorite accessories. Let me know, I'll put it aside for you.
