All of the stones are showing great color, no darkening or damages. My photos are good but when you see it in person, you will tell me how much nicer it is. The rhinestones are bordered with three rows of clean, soft white, faux pearls. Everything looks to be in exceptionally well kept condition. The 1930's through the 1950's produced some wonderful carry-alls but this one is surely one of the most exquisite I've ever seen. In addition to it's breathtaking exterior, the interior is just as lovely. It will arrive in complete, intact condition. The brass toned case shows some light wear to the backside and will open to a clean, unused powder well with it's original unused puff. The lipstick holder is empty and looks like it did hold lipstick at one time as there is a slight remnant in the bottom of the tube. The small cloth change holder has a slot for it's celluloid comb. The powder well lifts up to expose a secret hiding place. The metal mirror shows a good image and pulls forward to reveal the cigarette compartment, which is roomy enough to hold credit cards, license, money and hanky. This outstanding creation measures 5 & 1/4 in length by 3 in width by 3/4 of an inch in depth and the heavy snake style chain handle drops 4 & 1/2 inches. The overall condition is fabulous and well kept. I would have to say that any woman should be quite pleased with this vintage compact carry-all purse, it's a true treasure.
