The tassel is both generous in size and multi layered with varying lengths of fringe. The purse is beaded with a 3/8 inch top band of deep orange round beads. The center is banded with a floral row, white flowers on one side, orange, pink and white on the other side, very clever and unique.
The purse is sewn to the exterior of a nice gold embossed frame, perfectly and securely attached. The interior is lined in a black cotton type fabric and is quite roomy, certainly will carry all your essentials, even a small cell phone. The condition is superb, I find no bead loss or problems, no reason not to love this handbag. I did have to secure the tassel onto the purse a little better but overall the purse is wonderful, a grand example of the flapper era. Measurements are: 8 inches across the frame, 8 1/2 to the base of the bag, add a 4 inch tassel and the chain drops about 5 inches. This lovely purse is in cleaned condition, looking barely carried. You will find many occasions to add this accessory to your attire, it's great.
