Capturing the background color in coordination with the blues and greens was the difficulty, you should expect the purse to look better in person. The background is a soft antique ivory toned enamel that is consistently even throughout the purse, no yellowing, fading or spottiness. The remainder of the artistry is purely Art Nouveau and incorporates multiple blues that bleed themselves into multiple greens. It's a very striking infusion of color and the enamel is in particularly excellent condition, with little, if any, wear to be discovered. The enameling maintains a wonderful sheen and overall, this mesh purse is all that the collector would desire. The mesh tiles are attached at all points, as it should be, very snug at the hinges, no separations or problems. The frame is lovely and continues to exhibit the Nouveau era with it's well embossed floral designs. I have cleaned and polished off all of the older tarnish, as best as I could, the metals are bright and beautiful. 
The bottom is finished with a frilly chain mesh fringe, all appearing complete and relatively bright. The interior side arm of the frame is signed Mandalian Mfg Co and the interior is unlined. This charming Mandalian enameled mesh purse measures 7¼ inches from the top of the clasp to the bottom of the fringes by 3⅞ across the frame and the chain link handle drops the purse by 5½ inches. Please find a friendly spot amongst your favorite purses and accessories for this vintage Mandalian mesh purse. I find it to be in grand condition, no negatives to report and a stunning pattern in an Art Nouveau theme.
