My photos do it no justice, however, the close-ups give a better view of it's character. The purse is an excellent choice for the collector that wants a structurally perfect purse, no link loss, no gaps at the hinges, no problems, and doesn't mind a little paint loss hear and there. The loss reveals a bright silver mesh, so it blends very well with the pattern and looks much nicer than the photos. The frame is quite nice, very clean and sweetly embossed with florals and Art Nouveau curling designs. It has a gently arched shape and maintains it's original interior metal tag with the Whiting & Davis signature. These last two photos show each side of the purse, you can see that lots of paint still remains in place despite the wear. The purse measures 5 3/4 long by 3 inches across the skirt, the chain drops 5 1/2 inches. Please consider giving this darling little mesh purse a home, it's really sweeter than it looks.
