Vintage Walborg Small Rhinestone Evening Purse

It's an adorable sized evening bag, perfect for when little is better. Photos were taken without flash, the fist photo taken under low lighting and shows the purse the best, you can see that the stones are plenty alive yet a few here and there have begun to darken a little, although, this is not very obvious and some of the pictures make it look worse than it is. I tried several lighting techniques but this purse was fussy to work with. For accuracy, there are a few lightly dulling stones from age but not too badly and this purse should continue to sparkle for decades to come. Even though this rhinestone purse is a bit smaller, it still boasts close to 1000 diamantes.

The gold tone frame is plain and simple but the pull back to open clasp is shaped like a crown and is topped with a stunning large multi faceted brilliant rhinestone. The interior is lined with a lovely gold satiny fabric. The pocket is labeled, made in W. Germany by hand Walborg and the signed make up mirror is intact and very useful.  The lining is clean with only a small smudge of pencil on the pocket, otherwise, quite nice and damage free. The entire purse is well attached to the frame and all components work as they should. Stuffed with tissue, this vintage rhinestone cutie measures a wee 4 in height by 6½ across the bottom, 4½ across the top and the delicate gold chain handle drops 4½ inches. This little rhinestone evening bag will carry your compact, hanky, credit card, lipstick or smaller accessories. This purse is in very fine vintage condition, clean and damage free, it will make a great wardrobe accessory for your upcoming special events.
